I love working out, but sometimes it can get repetitive. I’ve been into physical fitness all my life, and changing things up in your workout regimen keeps things fun and interesting. You wanna know what I’ve been doing lately to have fun during my workouts? Dance challenges! Surprised? Lol. Instagram and Tiktok are filled with various dance challenges. And if you really want to learn, hop onto YouTube and there is usually someone who has made a video breaking down the challenge and teaching you the moves step by step. It’s basically a dance/Zumba class right in your living room! By the time you learn the dance challenge, 30 to 45 minutes have passed by and you’re perspiring. And there you have it, you’ve just gotten your 30 minute workout in for the day. It doesn’t have to be long, it just has to be intentional.
