Do something today that your future self will thank you for.
Why do you workout?
To look good naked? So you won't be a burden on anyone when you get older? To be able to keep up with your children or when you have them? Or to just look and feel good? Whatever the case may be, make it intentional. I found that when I set an intention of why I'm working out, it made it so much easier on those days when I really wanted sleep in or skip a day. I workout to be strong for my mom, my family, friends, and future children. I will strive to continually take care of my temple to the best of my ability...and let's be honest, to look good in my birthday suit lol! I challenge you to set your intention for taking care of yourself. Your future self will thank you.
