So, I’ve been in this relationship for some time now. To be honest, it’s one of the longest relationships I’ve been in. We met some years ago & we’ve been pretty inseparable ever since. C.D. is dependable, very intelligent, never afraid to hold my hand, and has gained my trust so much that he has my password. While he holds those qualities, he also has flaws that have been outweighing the good. He’s selfish, & always wanting my time…has separation anxiety and can’t be away from me too long. However, he really knows my needs, and that’s how he’s kept me. His full name is Cellular Device and he knows I’m ready for a break! Sometimes I get so caught up, I feel like I’ve lost a lot of my day and my intellect is slowly slipping away. I’ve been ready for this break for a while now, but today’s case took the cake: I spent so much time taking pictures of a book I was about to read that I barely had time to read it in the short span of time I had. C.D., you no longer have access to my free time. We are now strictly business, no pleasure. I’m dedicating time with other love interests: Books, podcasts, people, and most of all, myself.
So cheers to new beginnings, positive change and better use of my time.
